INTEL: NYSE owner plans a US market for Hyperliquid perpetual futures

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the owner of the New York Stock Exchange, plans to create a US market for Hyperliquid perpetual futures, according to Bloomberg. The report says ICE is partnering with trade.xyz to bring perpetual futures products into regulated US markets.

Perpetual futures are derivatives contracts with no expiry date. They are widely traded on offshore crypto venues. The plan, as reported, would move that product type onto a regulated US footing.

The supplied reports describe the plan and the partnership only. They do not give a launch date, the contracts to be offered, or any regulatory approvals needed or obtained. They also contain no statement from ICE or trade.xyz. This article will need updating if either company confirms details.
